Life is hectic. Just me, I have 3 jobs, 5 classes, a dog, a blog and a girlfriend. Some people have that and children, clubs, organizations and other obligations. But when do you have time to take for yourself? It's important. Relaxing is important, as well as hobbies are important. Relaxation can help reduce how tired you are, give you a boost of energy, and clear your mind. Having a hobby can give this to you and improve your health. How is that possible?

When you have a hobby, you have something that is just for you, that you love and want to spend time on. There are plenty of things that you can do with other people that is relaxing. But having a hobby to yourself is something special. Simply taking the time to do something that you enjoy can significantly increase your mental health and reduce the symptoms of depression. When you're stressed, it can also affect you physically.
How to Find a Hobby
To find a good hobby for you really have to try everything, unless you already have something in mind. It took me a while to find out that I loved yoga. I tried softball, volleyball, cheerleading and dance. But I LOVE yoga. Not only is it my hobby, but it's also good for me. Taking 10 minutes out of my day to do some yoga is definitely good for me. It's relaxing and good for the body. Try gardening, reading, writing, horse back riding, blogging, animals, etc. Anything is possible! Find something you love and stick with it!
Sticking with It
Once you find a hobby you love, regularly make time for it. If it's important to you, you will make time for something you love. Take time to get good at your hobby. Fly through the books collecting dust on your shelves, dive deep into your yoga poses, plant a beautiful garden, and continue with your blog.
