Healthy Study Snacks

With finals coming up, I know I'm going to be spending way too much time either in my dorm study room or in the library. And when I'm spending hours and hours doing something that is incredibly boring, I know I'm going to want something to snack on a little bit. And as much as I would like to snack on gummy bears or chips, I know I need to be snacking on something better. And I don't like vegetables or fruit so it's super hard for me to eat well. I'm sure I'm not the only one so I've put together a list of a few of my favorite (semi) healthy snacks that are perfect for studying.

  • Pretzels with or without peanut butter
  • Peanuts
  • Kale chips (many recipes online)
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Chic peas
  • Popcorn
  • Lentil Snaps (sold at Walmart - they're SO good!)
  • Cheese sticks
  • Raw broccoli with lite dressing
  • Granola or protein bars

What do you like to eat while you're studying?

  1. I have never heard of lentil crips! As a vegetarian always in search of a little extra protein those sound perfect! I'm old fashioned and my favorite study snack might always be a good bowl of cold fruit. Great suggestions!
