My Dorm Room

So I'm all moved in here at ECU! I moved in on Friday, but I basically threw everything into places where I knew it should be. It's Monday and everything is finally organized! I'm going to show you a few pictures of my side, and our shared side, because I feel like taking pictures of my roommates side is a little bit of an invasion of privacy.

I LOVE this part of our room, it was my sister's old bookcase, and she didn't want it anymore, so we turned it on it's side, and now we have our tv, a cute lamp, a candle (we can't burn it, but it's so cute, it's in a coconut shell), my two fish, a candy bowl, our text books, some nicknacks, and our dvds that we added after this picture was taken. Beside it is a mirror that we need to hang up, and my roommate's shelves that she has personal stuff in and a huge Marilyn Monroe poster!

So I took these pictures a few days ago, and sense then I added a purple and yellow chevron painting beside my necklace board. My roommate is sleeping so I didn't want to be taking pictures to turn the light on! You can see I have a purple blanket, a yellow pillow, a back rest pillow, picture frames, an A right above my head, and a seat storage. And on my desk (my roommate is sleeping, so I couldn't turn the light on, sorry.) I have my book bag, my laptop, a desk organizer and lamp, some to do lists, my schedule, some cute little jars, more pictures, books, my make up and make up mirror, fan, and I added a cute little hook beside my light switch for my keys and wallet thing so I can just grab that and go!

As I add stuff, I'll take (better) pictures of all my stuff! Like my closet, "kitchen", etc.

I'm really super busy today, I have to get my textbooks, a few supplies for my first day of class, print out syllabi, find my classes, go to this festival called Pirate Palooza, our first hall meeting, shower, straighten my hair, and pick out my outfit! I'm a busy girl today so I thought I would get going!

I promise after I get settled, my blogging will be a lot more consistent!
